 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery — no hassle.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note that for orders outside the UK, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs policy if you're unsure.

How can I track my order?

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey from dispatch to delivery.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@inivex.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

 What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free on all orders — worldwide. There are no shipping fees added at checkout, regardless of where you're based or how much you spend.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region: UK orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days, while international orders may take 10–25 business days depending on your location and local postal services.
