Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ship free, worldwide — no minimum spend, no shipping fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it's been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region and are estimates, not guarantees:

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the UK, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your country's government, not by INIVEX, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering if you're unsure.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received this within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@inivex.com with your order number.
