30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@inivex.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, UK business hours).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@inivex.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't need to return the faulty item in most cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still need help, contact us at support@inivex.com.
